Title Search Reports
Our title search reports are a review of the property's past and present ownership. The report determines possible liens, title defects, or judgments. Western Title Company sticks to a strict code of ethics and state rules to ensure that all personal information found in our reports stays confidential to the deal. You can feel safe when you get your title report done with Western Title.

Western Title Company coordinates and/or handles the closing by providing the parties with copies of relevant documents, getting the documents signed to transfer ownership and finally filing them with the county. We make arrangments for proper payment and distribution of funds, then we issue the title policies. Western Title Company has no ties to any real estate company to ensure that your rights, as a consumer, are fully protected.
